This network was supported the Murray Primary Health Network (PHN). Network meetings provide a forum for practitioners from a range of disciplines to connect, build relationships, provide peer support and improve referral pathways. All practitioners are welcome to attend, regardless of work or home location.
Previous meetings have included “Murray Primary Health Network – North West Region Updates” and included discussions on Health Pathways and My Health Record, projects and Workforce Development opportunities; “Ear, Nose and Throat Update” and “Diabetes and the multidisciplinary team”.
